Following on from many kind offers to help patients with picking up their prescriptions we have had a number of calls to the surgery asking us how patients may go about using these services.
We now have at the surgery a list of coordinators for most of our practice area. For those patients in the shield group who do not have anyone who is able to pick up their medication on their behalf, we are able to provide you with the coordinator details for you to arrange locally with them.
This service is aimed at those in the shield group who are most vulnerable. Even if you are vigilantly social distancing due to being in the general higher risk group you are allowed to come to the surgery to pick up medication and for other medical care, and we have put in place measures to support social distancing to allow you to safely do this.

There will no longer be a facility to leave messages on the dispensary answerphone as of 1st April 2020. Phone lines will be open from 09:30 each day so please speak to a member of dispensary regarding any medication enquiries or submit a General Medication Question form.
