Laura Holder

Practice Manager

Laura has been the Practice Manager here since March 2013, having previously had a career in Operations Management. Laura has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the practice, the team, finance, health & safety, information governance, Care Quality Commission and communications. Laura chairs our Patient Participation Group and also represents the Practice at external meetings such as Primary Care Network, Clinical Commissioning Group and Integrated Care System.

Angela Taverner 

Office Manager

Angie joined the surgery in April 2015. She organises and supervises the staff in both surgeries ensuring the level of cover and service provided is in line with or above our patient expectations. She comes from a management career in the retail industry having over 30 years in various managerial positions, one of those being customer services which she held for over 11 years. She is also a qualified associate in CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development).

Megan Buck

IT & Administrations Manager

Megan started at the surgery as an apprentice dispenser in July 2014. After completing her Level 2 Dispensing qualification, Megan then stayed at the practice as a qualified dispenser before progressing into a Senior dispenser post a few years after. In September 2021, Megan progressed further into her current role as IT and Administration Manager.

Some of Megan’s roles include managing IT & clinical systems, phone systems & coordinating Covid & Flu vaccinations, alongside many other responsibilities.

Gregg Syder

Operations Manager

Gregg joined the practice in December 2021 following an 18 year career in community pharmacy, with over a decade in management as well as roles in training and planning and logistics. He works predominantly from our Ludham site dealing with HR, patient feedback and recruitment.
