Health Visitors

Hoveton & Wroxham’s health visitor can be contacted at the Practice on 01603 777 880. She usually works Mondays, Wednesday or Friday. The Child Health Clinic runs on the first and third Thursday of each month between 09:30 and 11:00 at the Sure Start Centre (Broadland Youth & Community Centre) Stalham Road Hoveton.

She can give advice on health care, developmental concerns particularly for parents and children 0-5 years. She will run various other clinics and groups as needed.

Broadland Midwifery Team

Hoveton & Wroxham Medical Centre are home to the Broadland Midwifery Team who answer all messages left for them on 01603 777 928. There is also an emergency number in your patient held records. If you do have an emergency, especially heavy bleeding, and are unable to get hold of your midwife for any reason call the surgery for immediate medical care or out of hours on 01603 488 488 after 18:00 and before 08:30, or 111.
